Effective October 16, 2026 — these terms govern your use of the AnyState Carman app, website and marketplace.
By creating an account or using Carman you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Carman. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
You must be at least 18 and capable of entering a binding contract. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account, and must provide accurate information and keep it current. One person may not hold multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, quotes or promotions.
Carman connects drivers with independent mechanics. We do not perform repairs, employ mechanics, or guarantee any diagnosis, estimate, quote or workmanship. Contracts for repair work are between the driver and the mechanic. Estimates generated by the app are informational and may differ from a mechanic's final assessment.
Mechanics set their own prices; drivers choose among quotes. Selecting a mechanic reserves the quoted amount plus the service fee from your wallet and creates a binding booking. Mechanics must hold applicable licenses and perform work in a professional, lawful manner.
Top-ups add funds to your Carman wallet from your payment method. On booking, the exact order total is reserved from your balance. On confirmation of completed work, the reserved amount is released to Carman and your mechanic payout is triggered. Cancellations and successful disputes refund the reserved amount to your wallet. You may withdraw available wallet balance to your card; withdrawals typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Service fees and platform commissions are shown before you confirm and may change prospectively with notice.
Taxes. All prices, quotes, fees and wallet amounts shown in Carman are exclusive of applicable sales, use, value-added or other taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that arise from your use of Carman or services booked through it.
Transaction fees. Card processing, bank transfer and payment-network fees are charged by third-party providers, are not included in any amount shown, and are not covered by AnyState Carman — whether funds are moving to us or being returned to you.
Refund amount. Any refund is limited to the amount AnyState Carman actually received for the applicable payment. If our payment provider or your bank has deducted transaction fees, taxes or other charges from the original payment, that portion is not refundable and Carman does not make it up.
Returns to your card. When a refund or withdrawal is sent back to your payment card or bank, your bank, card issuer or payment network may apply its own processing fees, charges or deductions. AnyState Carman is not responsible for any such third-party deductions, and the amount that finally reaches your account may be lower than the amount we sent.
You may cancel free of charge before work begins; reserved funds return to your wallet. If you believe the work is incomplete or deficient, raise a dispute in the app before confirming. Both parties submit to Carman's dispute review, which considers chat history, photos and order details; our decision determines whether funds are released to the mechanic or refunded to the driver. Reviews must be honest and based on real transactions. Both parties review after each completed order; ratings stay hidden until both submit (or the review window closes) to prevent retaliation. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms.
Mechanics warrant their licenses, insurance (where required), and the quality and legality of their work; must maintain the safety of drivers' vehicles; complete jobs they accept; and respond truthfully to disputes. Repeated cancellations, low ratings or misconduct may suspend or remove your account.
You keep ownership of content you upload (photos, text, reviews) but grant Carman a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and process it for operating and improving the service.
Carman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carman is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, vehicle damage, or loss arising from mechanic services — your remedy for repair disputes is against the responsible mechanic, subject to our dispute process. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid or were charged through Carman in the 12 months before the claim.
You may close your account anytime (outstanding wallet balance may be withdrawn first). We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, safety risks or legal requirements. Sections that by nature should survive (payments, disputes, liability, governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support@anystate.online.
