The driver's money is reserved from their wallet before you start, so the job is funded from day one. Once the driver confirms the work, the platform releases your payout — it appears as "pending payout" in your dashboard while the transfer is processed, then flips to "paid". If a dispute arises, our support team reviews the in-app chat, photos and order details before deciding.
Yes. Toggle yourself busy anytime and you won't receive broadcasts. There's also an idle timer that automatically pauses you after inactivity, so your acceptance rate stays honest and you only get jobs you can actually take.
No. Requests are broadcast to multiple available mechanics and the driver picks the quote they like best. You can decline any job that doesn't fit — distance, parts availability, schedule — with no penalty.
